Casual Tuesdays

Casual Tuesdays after a hard work weekend. Simple striped print top will a high waisted pant. Paired today's look with a basic pony tail and bangs split straight down the middle. Perfect for just a comfy office look but still is trendy/fashionable. A nautical and preppy inspired look.

I rarely paint my nails so I just had to showcase them. lol

Leotard: H&M
Blue/White Striped leotard top. Bought this rare basic at H&M a while ago but wish they still made more. I'd probably buy all of them in different colors.

Pants: Cheap Monday
High waisted jean pant.
Bought at Urban Outfitters for $15. I needed a good pair of high waisted pants in my life.
Sandals: Ecote
Brown braided pleather sandal. Bought at Urban Outfitters for $20 bucks. Well worth it for a nice comfy pair of sandals to wear year round.
Necklace: Banana Republic
Simple cross arrow design in a gold. Bought this for $5 on sale "What a Deal!".

Sabrina the Teenage Witch

This look revolved around this lace fabric I found in DTLA (this place is called Michael Levine Loft where you can get any fabric by the pound. Best place ever!!!.). That soon developed into this billowy high low skirt. Just so were clear this skirt is a KimchiOriginal all made by me :). With all these trends of high low skirts I had to have one   but I wanted some sort of style to separate me from the other skirts out there. For me I like things that arent so cookie cutter but more statement pieces or something out of the ordinary. I just hate the fact buying something at a store and later wearing it to see someone is wearing it as well. Awkward!! So that's why I try to develop my own and tweak it up a bit.

Shirt: Vintage
Literally an 80s crop top from my mum's closet. My absolute fave basic in my closet. Very comforable but still trendy.

Skirt: KimchiOriginal
Handmade lace high low skirt with waistband/back zip.

Necklace: Vintage
Bought this baby at the Goodwill in LA. Love it and easy to pair in outfits.

Shoes: Unknown
Bought these babies some place in DTLA on 9th street before the fashon district. Comfortable after a few wears and can definitely change up a basic look from drab to fab :).

Hope you guys like this Vintage/Handmade look!
Cheers gals!

Orange you glad I didn't say banana.

Just a day at work taking some time to snap some photos for you guys. Lol. This look is laid back and somewhat bohemian chic. No effort involved putting this look together and no makeup except for my beloved Burt's Bee's Chapstick with a Pomegranate tint :P. Just one of those days when you want to wear everything loose and have not a care in the world.

The LOOK:
I've seen this look a lot on celebrities just living there daily life's. Running errands, walking their dogs, going shopping still look fabulous but toned down and comfortable.
Short billowy top paired with a pair of parachute crop pants. Key accent colors were royal blue and bright orange to revolve around my new chanel look-a-like bag with quilted stitching/ chain strap.
HAHA if you look in the back you can totally see my Boss. Surprise LOL

My New baby :). A Chanel look-a-like with chain strap and quilted stitch work. Now I have something to match with my orange ballet flats.

Shirt: Naven
Basic nude billowy crop top. Got this nifty basic at their sample sale just in DTLA.

Pants: Forever 21
Navy Blue Crop Parachute Pants. I was blown away by the quality of these pants. These were compared to Banana Republic's Monogram Collection Pricing well over $100. Well they were a steal for only 7 bucks on sale.
Necklace: Francesca's Collections
Royal blue nautical inspired statement necklace. First time being in the Montana Ave Location. This place is by far the best place I've been too. Everything is very afforable and very on point with styles.

Shoes: Pilcro and the Letterpress
Bright orange ballet flats with a bee pendant sewn on the front. Bought these beauties at Anthropologie for surprisingly $30 bucks. So comfortable was very cute!

Bag: Francesca's Collections
Orange Quilted stitch work and chain strap similar to Chanel but for the fraction of the cost. Got this baby for $15 bucks could you believe. I was stunned myself when I heard the price.

Bye guys be sure to stop by again!
Toodles!
